Community Discussion Groups

This service works collaboratively with the community to identify strengths as well as needs for growth in each respective community.  The purpose of this service is to empower communities to build on already existing strengths and enable community members to be the authors of their own story of change.

Community Education Groups

This service consists of education on mental health issues and trends affecting respective communities. This empowers communities to make changes through the knowledge they gain through the education groups.
